90-Day Workmanship Warranty
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
What's Covered
All installations performed by Pro Appliance Installs include a 90-day workmanship warranty from the date of service. If any issue arises that is directly related to the installation work we performed, we will return and correct the problem at no additional cost.
Examples of Covered Issues
- Loose mounting or connections resulting from our installation
- Leaks at connections we made (shutoff valve to appliance)
- Improper alignment or leveling from the original install
- Anti-tip bracket or mounting hardware failures from our work
What's Not Covered
This warranty covers our workmanship only. It does not cover:
- Appliance defects — manufacturer issues, recalls, or product failures (contact the appliance manufacturer or retailer)
- Pre-existing conditions — plumbing, electrical, or structural issues that existed before installation
- Damage by others — modifications, repairs, or tampering by the homeowner or third parties after our installation
- Normal wear and tear — supply line degradation, gasket wear, or similar over time
- Issues upstream of the shutoff valve — main supply lines, in-wall plumbing, or valve failures (our scope is shutoff valve to appliance only)
- Cosmetic damage to the appliance itself (scratches, dents not caused by our installation)
- Water damage from existing copper lines — we replace all water supply connections with new steel-braided lines; any pre-existing copper line issues are the homeowner's responsibility
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at (478) 280-4099 or proapplianceinstallsco@gmail.com within 90 days of your installation
- Describe the issue — what's happening and when it started
- We'll schedule a return visit — typically within 1–3 business days
- We fix it at no charge if it's related to our installation work
Important Notes
- The 90-day warranty period begins on the date the installation is completed
- Warranty service is available during normal business hours
- We reserve the right to inspect the installation before determining warranty coverage
- This warranty is non-transferable
